Eligibility depends on local law in your region. We require you to be above the minimum legal age to gamble where you live and to provide valid government-issued ID during account verification. Players in Denpasar, Yogyakarta and across Indonesia follow the same age verification process.
Withdrawals are only available once your account is fully verified and your first deposit has settled. This usually takes under a minute for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, but we block early withdrawal requests to prevent fraud.
You can update your email and phone in Settings immediately. Your registered name (as it appears on your ID) is locked once verified. To change it, contact support with both your old and new ID and we'll review the request.
Once you request a withdrawal, we perform a fraud check (usually instant) and then send it to the payment processor. Most DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS payouts land in your wallet within 1–3 business days. Larger amounts or weekend requests may take longer.
We treat account security breaches seriously. If you notice unauthorised activity, lock your account immediately via the Security section and contact support with all details. We'll review transactions, reverse fraudulent withdrawals where possible, and help you reset your password and enable two-factor authentication.
Your personal data is owned and controlled by you. tigerwin holds it only to operate your account, process payments and comply with local tax and anti-money-laundering rules. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not share it outside the payment and support teams without your consent.
You can close your account anytime through Settings. Once closed, we'll anonymise your personal details within 30 days. However, we must keep a minimal transaction record (anonymised) for seven years to comply with reporting obligations where local law permits.
